To:Clerk, Ms LYNN SADLER Note January 30, 2003
Special Appeals Court, Circuit and District Court
Dear Ms Lynn Sadler. I thank you for the telephone connection this afternoon.
Yes I mentioned the words that came to my attention today from one of my
knowledgable friend-advisors: "FREEDOM OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY"
That pertains to the TERM MY FLEET as mentioned in my motions and BRIEF.
I am FAXING this line to you with a short EXERP of the Motion "EMERGENCY
RETURN of my STOLEN FLEET" that you indicated is still outstanding.
I also mentioned that I have asked Mr Robin Ficker to look over my shoelder to the
extent I can aford his help. My Friend Richard Haight did all the research on the
"Faulty Search Warrant" and I also mentioned he just published his "first book"
"WE NEVER GOT TO SAY GOODBYE" that you can find on AMAZON.COM
Nice talking with you today. THANKS, Johan-in-Washington, n3rf, Chm
